WPBakery Stuck on Preloader

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to edit my homepage but after I click “edit with WP Bakery Visual Editor” it’s stuck on preloader so I can’t edit my page. I have fast internet connection so I don’t think there is problem with my internet connection. Can you help me on this?

    Hello,

    Thank you so much purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Could you please provide us your admin access so we can check it on your website? Also, try to disable all extra plugins that are not related to our theme.
