WPBAKERY UPDATE ISSUE AND SAVE CHANGES ISSUE

I’m having several issues with the website:
1. When I install the latest update of WPBakery, this plugin is deactivated.
2. In product categories, when I add a thumbnail and save changes, they aren’t saved.

Please review and fix this.

I don’t understand. What should I do after disabling them?

Just keep them turned off so we can test your website without plugins to reproduce the issue.
