WPBakery Visual Composer, the Text Block editor is no longer working correctly

This is a critical issue.
We manage a large number of websites using the Woodmart theme. After the latest updates to Woodmart Core and WPBakery Visual Composer, the Text Block editor is no longer working correctly.
When we edit content in Text/Code mode and save the page, the changes are not saved. The original text remains unchanged. The issue affects multiple websites and multiple text elements.
This is causing serious problems for our production workflow, as we are currently unable to update website content reliably.
Please investigate this urgently.

We also see that special characters and letters from other languages are now converted into HTML entities in Code mode. For example:
byrå is displayed as byrå
This did not happen before the update and makes editing multilingual content much more difficult.
In addition, we cannot find the text color picker in the new editor interface. Has it been removed, moved, or replaced? Please confirm where it is now located.

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and the WooCommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme’s default plugins activated, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.
If it works fine with the default WordPress theme, then let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.
