Wpbakery’s settings are not working

Hi,
trying to change background position from desktop to other – buttons are not clickable,
Disabled all plugins that are not related to wood mart, tried to switch to child’s theme – still doesn’t work.
Can you please help me?

Navigate to WoodMart > Patcher and apply patch 514228.

Clear cache and double check.
