WPForms Submit button

Hello support folks,

I have a single contact form that appears to be taking the global style for the default buttons. I have tried a few different CSS overrides, but can’t seem to change that button. I can’t figure out what I’m missing. Could I trouble you to have a look and suggest a possible CSS solution?

First of all, take my apologies for the delay in answering because of the weekend.

Your site does not now loading properly. You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins), clear CDN cache https://prnt.sc/QI2nE-PajuHM and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

The site is functioning very well, with the exception of 2 very minor issues: the form button colour and the track order page format.

Could you clarify what you mean by “not loading properly”?

Could I trouble you to also have a look at the size guide feature for the variable product Tshirt called “Defund CBC”? This is a Printful product with a size guide attached, so I’ve disabled the size guide in the theme. From the archive page, the size guide link doesn’t do anything and from the single product page, the size guide will open, but there’s no way to close it.

I don’t think this is a plugin problem. The CDN cache has bee cleared and the login info is in the extra section.

As for the size guide issue, I’m not going to bother with the Printful functionality and will set up my own in the theme. So if you could suggest a way for getting the Contact form button to take the accent colour, rather than the main style, that would awesome.

I checked your site, but cannot access login url https://prnt.sc/9kG_AeCbTUoJ and received 403 errors in Console log, which are related to security plugins or firewalls installed on the hosting server, you should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems or ask your hosting provider to disable any firewall or ModSecurity and check if it helps. https://prnt.sc/BPhzglObmi7P

Toggling on “Use modern markup” turned the button blue. That’s a start, I guess, but I still can’t get any CSS to work.

I’ve disabled the CloudFlare rules. Can you try the site again and let me know?

Hi again,

I added this to Global CSS in the theme:
.wpforms-form input[type=submit],
.wpforms-form button[type=submit] {
background-color: #FF9811 !important; /* Yellow background */
}

But it only works for the mobile view. On desktop, the button is blue.
Any idea why that would be?
