When I did translation of the page all elements are changed their place and even inexisting page titles appeared.

It caused by TranslatePress – Multilingual plugin, I disabled it and the error disappeared.

Please note that use 2 translate plugins at the same time may cause conflicts.

but now in the French version menu doesn’t work and in English version ‘404 page not found’

3. Layouts

Please remove this code:

.wd-header-secondary-nav  .wd-sub-menu li>a {
    justify-content: right;
}

and add the following Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    justify-content: right;
}
