Hi,
I just installed wpml to enable English and arabic languages , and to men the website look nice I need the below:

1- do you have arabic translation for the theme ? or should I do it ?

2- how can I show nice language selector in the menu (on mobile) ?

3- do you have nice css code for header language selector (desktop)

4- how can I change arabic font to google font Cairo ?

Our theme is supplied in English only. You will have to translate on your own.

Please refer the WPML documentation to find out how to set up a language switcher as well as all the option inside https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/

You can set the necessary code in the Theme Settings > Typography http://prntscr.com/oescwb
