fab2108ParticipantHi XTemos Team,
we are currently experiencing several issues when using the Woodmart theme in combination with WPML and Elementor.
Our main language is German, and we are translating the website into English using WPML.
On the translated homepage (English version), the layout settings from Elementor are not being applied correctly. Specifically:
• The page title and sidebar are still visible on the translated version
• On the German (default) version, everything is displayed correctly
• Re-saving and updating the page in Elementor does not resolve the issueIt seems like the Elementor layout settings are not overriding properly on the translated page.
Additionally, we are facing issues with Woodmart widgets:
• Links inside elements like the Image Slider are not correctly pointing to the English pages
• Some sections still link to the German version instead of the translated versionsThis suggests that there might be an issue with how WPML handles Woodmart elements and link translations.
Could you please let us know:
• If there are any specific settings or workflows required when using WPML with Woodmart + Elementor?
• How to ensure that Elementor layout settings are correctly applied to translated pages?
• How to properly handle link translations inside Woodmart widgets?Could you please take a look at this issue?
We would really appreciate your guidance on this.
Thank you!
April 14, 2026 at 2:18 pm #715952Hello,
1. For the homepage issue, you should edit the page in Elementor >> From the page settings >> Set the layout to Elementor Fullwidth and disable the page title: https://ibb.co/VcMGvF3Q
2. For the slider button links, you should edit the slides in the English language and add the English language page URL: https://ibb.co/gZV8SLXy
Best Regards.

fab2108ParticipantHi Aizaz,
thanks for your answer. Have you tried out Step 1 by yourself?
When we publish the page afterwards, nothing changes and it stays the same layout.Best regards

fab2108ParticipantSo the page title still exists and when we set the sitebar to “without” it also stays there, whyever.
Do you understand what I mean?Best,

fab2108ParticipantWe’ve also just realized that this error unfortunately appears on several pages, not just the homepage. I’ll send you all the links in a private message. In the English version, almost all Elementor content pages—excluding static archive pages like the blog or the shop page—are affected.
April 16, 2026 at 5:35 pm #716159Hello,
In the WPML settings, I enabled duplication for this option: https://monosnap.ai/file/dH6Jv4Xufct8DXgw96k4qeBWtXEUbc, and on the page settings, I enabled this option: https://monosnap.ai/file/inA96JO9qgtR2NqnOFibrTgFhnDBPE — and everything started working.
So please check your site now after removing the browser cache.
Best Regards.
