WPML HEADER translation

I am sorry to disturb you (again), but I have a problem with the translation of the header. The manual you made I read this part 100 times and as far as I know I did all the steps. But I can’t make it work.
Also I checked the support forum but unfortunately no luck.

Maybe you can help me.

I am sorry for the delay.

I have viewed your screens. You have translated the wrong header.

Your screen shows the header ID 577562, this is Header Retail Dutch.

You need to take the Header ID (main default header) 541962 and translate the texts of this header to all the languages: https://gyazo.com/97bca8a38e6fa619f3670dec1d3d081b

Please try this way and let me know if you have any problems.

Sorry but I can’t make it to work, I checked all the translations but no luck.
I delete some headers and try it again but I can’t make it to work.

Everything else works with the translation but not the header, please help me.

This is a WPML bug, our developers are working together with the WPML team on this.

Meanwhile, you can create cloned headers for different languages and insert as shown on the screens:

WPML has fixed that you do not need to duplicate the headers: https://wpml.org/errata/translating-an-array-of-options-misses-translating-the-first-element-in-the-array/
