WPML problem with HTML Block

Hello, trying to get HTML blocks working with your theme but does not seem to work with the HTML BLOCKS feature. Any solutions?

Create different HTML block for initial and translation.
Navigate to WPML > String Translation > Choose the admin_text_woodmart_option from the dropdown and find the title and the content block http://prntscr.com/lx5qpz

Ok, it solved one problem and it worked. But I have other HTML Blocks that not appear there admin_text_woodmart_option. I attached a screen and [html_block id="351"] that is working on the original lanuage not appear at all.
Where can it be?

I am sorry I have provided the wrong instruction.
1. Create the translation of the HTML block http://prntscr.com/mqhred > Translate independently > update
2. Enter the menu in the translated language (you need to have all the items translated and synchronized) > enter the menu item > and add the HTML block as you usually do
I am checking your site and see that WPML does not work as it should. Check your domain settings http://prntscr.com/mqifm9 and real URLs of the English and Slovenska pages – their URL is the same and there is not the language prefix in the URL. I think this is the issue of WPML conflict with other your plugins. Deactivate the plugins not related to the theme when you try to assign HTML blocks
