    Hello,

After translating (wpml) the homepage, the header only contains numbers and links to images. It is not displayed correctly in different languages. On the homepage, a page title with image from the product catalog appeared. Could you please advise on how to fix this?

    Thanks
    Best Regards.

There is an issue with the contact form on the English version of the website; I am unable to add the contact form, and it just keeps loading without any results. (It works fine on other languages.)

    Hi edgarskairans,

    Thanks for details.

First of all, I’m really sorry have taken long time to reply you due to the weekend.

    1. Header

I checked the header of 3 languages and these are looking fine now. Did you resolve the issues by yourself? Please confirm me back.

    2. Contact

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    Hi,

I disabled all plugins except for the essential ones, WPML, and the backup plugin, but it still didn’t help. I can’t save changes in Elementor, for example, on the “Contact Us” or “About Us” pages in the default language (English), while everything works fine in other languages.

    Thanks,
    Best Regards

Regarding the header, the issue was resolved by disabling the title and selecting the header on the main page for all languages. The translated pages had the title enabled and an empty field in the header selection.

When you find the issue, please restore the backup (August 19, 2024, 9:35) in UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore before making any changes.

    Thanks

I also noticed an issue with the slider on the main page in the non-default language. It’s not full-width in the container, so the arrows are not visible.

I think I’ve solved the issue, except for the slider on the main page. I’ve described the problem above.

    Hi edgarskairans,

Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

    Hi,

No need, I resolved the issue with Elementor.

I only have one problem left with the slider on the homepage in the translated languages—it is not full width and the arrows for switching slides are not visible (but they are there).

Also, there’s an issue with the translation of the checkout, specifically for words like ‘First Name,’ ‘Last Name,’ ‘City’ (in the order form).

If necessary, I previously provided the login details for the admin panel.

    Thanks
    Best Regards.

I fixed the issue with the slider, now the only problem left is translating the checkout.

    Hi edgarskairans,

The Checkout form is default WooCommerce functionality, I kindly recommend you to translate WooCommerce plugin as well.

    Regards,
