Wrong JSON data format. Try to resend the form.

I get this error every time i try to generate the file, also if i don’t deactivate nothing..

any advice?

Please describe the actions step by step and provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Make the full backup of your site.

Style loading time takes some time so the rendering of the site is not accurate (images resizing while loading)

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
