Wrong prices on shop page, urgent!

Hello,
I did not do any changes in our shop but suddenly the wrong prices are shown on our shop page. On single product page the correct price is shown but in checkout it is again the wrong price. Apparently, VAT is added to the normal price. I checked the settings but everything looks like it always was.
