wysiwyg visual not working in popup

Hi there,

I’m trying to let users edit their content from the front-end with the wysiwyg editor. (plugin used for this is toolset)
However the visual of the wysiwyg editor is not working, when you click on ‘text’ it’s working.
But the visual is blank and you cannot add any content to it.

I’ve seen this error in chrome console: tinymce Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘nodeType’ of undefined
Maybe this can point you guys to a solution?

What could be wrong?

Hello,

Please switch to the default theme to check the issue. Navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > chose any default WordPress theme.

If you find out that the problem occurs on the default theme contact third-party plugin support cause our theme does not influence.

If the problem occurs only on our theme contact us with admin access.
