Xtemos template behaves strangely in localhost

I tried to implement a particular template in my page but it is looking small in localhost but not in live.

in live site it works fine..but why then in localhost the same code is causing issue?
We need to be able to check your website and see the problem. Unfortunately, we can’t understand what is wrong on your local website since we don’t see it.
