I am trying to download pre-created templates from the XTEMOS library, and it won’t let me. I get the message: The element can’t be loaded from the server.
what’s the problem?
You can fix it by applying patch # 609066. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Also, clear your browser cache after applying the patch.
