xts-theme_settings_default.css not load

I was on work on my site new.yorkortho.ca
And save them setting when i load my site i saw css not load font not load grid not load i checked inspect saw xts-theme_settings_default.css not load
This problem was last time and i update theme problem fix but again i have this problem and theme don have any update again i changed theme files with new files not worked iam tierd whats happen and how can fix it i deactivated all plugins but not fix , my site is in godady hosting service.. give me a solution ?!

i found this problem !!! plz pay attention

the theme was saved xts-theme_settings_default.css in media folders !????????? why there ???
i deleted that and fixed my all problems

but again if i push save theme setting agian we’ll have that problme !

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

The problem is caused by incorrect HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly.
