Yellow block with icon in the corner

Hi support,
Hopefully you can help us. We want to make a yellow block with an icon in the right corner, see example in attachment. There you see a yellow photo/visual but it’s doesn’t look good in this way. Can we copy this in the theme? But then as a block with text in it?
