YITH Customize My Account Page not compatible at all with Woodmart

Dear,

Have you ever tested the plugin “YITH Customize My Account Page” with Woodmart?

It’s not compatible at all with Woodmart. I wonder how this could be possible because YITH are well known plugins. Can you please check this site in private. Test it, try different style options for instance. None work fine with Woodmart.

Is this a Woodmart or YITH issue?

Actual behavior doesn’t match with the expectations on Woodmart theme.

We have not tested this plugin with WoodMart.

You can use the workaround.

1. Create a sidebar in Dashboard > Sidebars.

2. Set this custom sidebar for the account page.

3. Add an HTML widget with HTML block and show any promotion you want.
