YITH PDF invoices plugin error

Hello,
I have an issue with your theme combined with a plugin from YITH. The Plugin is called “YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Shipping List”. When pressing the “Preview invoice” button in a order a error shows up.
The error says;
“[06-Apr-2018 12:40:32 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: Invalid order. in /home/xx/domains/xx.eu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/data-stores/abstract-wc-order-data-store-cpt.php:102”
The plugin developer noticed it is a theme issue because the plugin works at the regular theme.
Can you provide a fix for this?

As we can see from the error log, the error is in the plugins files. Sorry, but we don’t know the plugin functionality and structure. Could you please ask them what exactly in our theme may cause this error? If there are some requirements to our theme, we will help you to implement them.

Hi,
They have tested their plugin with a default theme. Once the default theme is activated the plugin works but once your theme is activated it wont.
They do not know why the error occurs.
Yes, but they should troubleshoot their code and see why this file throws an error. We can’t do this since we don’t know the plugin architecture. Or if they will give us some hints about the error or what may influence from our side, we will be glad to help you.
