I have installed the YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce plugin, but the quote button is not displaying on the product page, even though all settings are correctly configured. Even when using the shortcode [yith_ywraq_button_quote], it still does not appear. This issue is likely related to theme compatibility. How can I resolve this? Thank you!
    Request:
Could you please provide guidance or a code snippet to ensure YITH Request a Quote compatibility with the Woodmart theme? Specifically, how to properly display the quote button on single product pages.

    Thank you for your support!

    Hello,

Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

    Regards

After testing with the WooCommerce Storefront theme, the feature appeared immediately and works normally (as shown in the image). This indicates that there is still an incompatibility with the theme. Could you please resolve this? Thank you so much!

    Hello,

To assist you better, we kindly request that you disable all plugins not directly associated with our theme. Additionally, please provide us with your admin access credentials, so we can log in and diagnose the issue. For the proper functioning of our theme, please ensure the following essential plugins remain activated:

    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

    Best regards

The issue should be unrelated to plugins. The element does not appear even when no plugins are active, but it displays normally when switching to a different theme. Please find the admin login details below. Thank you for taking a look.
