Yith watermark plugin

Hello,

I bought Yith watermark plugin. I only want to set a watermark on my main image on the single product page (but NOT for every product the same watermark). This is an option with this plugin.
Only problem….the watermark is not showing.

I had contact with Yith and they said: “Your theme not use this image for the single product page ( use an image of different size ) that isn’t a standard woocommerce image size.”

Can you please help me to solve this problem?

We use images with a size of 650 x 650 px.
I originally wanted to use 4 different watermarks (see attachments) in the right upper corner, only for the main product image. (so not on the thumbnails etc.)
When I go to a product, I can choose for a watermark. (see screenshot 1)

After that I press a button to confirm the watermark. (see screenshot 3)
Then I saved the product.
After this there is no watermark to be seen.
So there is also a setting at Yith watermark: Apply all watermarks. When you hit that button you have to wait for a while, but no watermark.

I had contact with them to solve this issue and they told met this:
“Your theme not use this image for the single product page ( use an image of different size ) that isn’t a standard woocommerce image size.”

So can please help me to solve this?

Could you please ask what image size should be used there and which one is wrong now? We will give you a code to change the size where it is necessary.

If you say so, yes. Actually I don’t care, I just want it to work.
Why is it impossible to work with watermark plugins on you theme? Before Yith I tried another watermark plugin, also with the same result, no watermark to be shown.
I also read in the support topics that I am not the only one who has problems with watermark plugins on your theme.
Maybe there could be made a general solution to use these plugins in your theme…
For now I quit pursuing a solution and go on with other things.

Actually, we are trying to help you and resolve the problem. You wrote that the problem is that our theme is not using the correct image size. We asked what size should be there and you send us an example. As we check, the same image size is used in our theme. Once we will know what is wrong with the theme we will provide you with a solution asap.

Is there any watermark plugin for products which are working with your theme Woodmart?

We have not tested any that is why we can hardly recommend any. Please try free ones, if you are going to purchase any, contact the plugins support, if they refund in case if the plugins is not compatible.
