YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards apply points unresponding to checkout

Hi dear team,

My website is using the YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards plugin. However, when I use the apply point function (check attachment file) to apply points and proceed to checkout, there is no response. Instead, it jumps back to the checkout page. It should ideally redirect to the Checkout Successfully page.

FYI, I have tried switching to the default WordPress theme, and it works perfectly fine. However, when I switch back to Woodmart theme, the issue persists. I would like to seek your professional advice or any possible solutions to resolve this issue.

Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details so i will check and give you a possible solution.
