YITH WooCommerce Product Countdown Not Working

Hi,

I am using “YITH WooCommerce Product Countdown” with the Woodmart theme. When I check the product listing page, it shows me the countdown timer, but when I try to check it in the product detail page, it is not working. I have checked with other themes, and it is working fine on the product detail page.

Can you please guide ASAP.

Thanks for update.

In your theme, there is no option to add the bulk product countdown, so I need to use the YITH plug-in. Also, the theme does not have the option to display the listing products countdown on the homepage or any other CMS page.

Can you please provide the solution with the YITH Countdown plug-in?

Please deactivate the third party not related to our theme and check the issue. If the issue remains, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing of this plugin we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

I have deactivated the other plug-in and checked, but the issue is still there. This plug-in is working fine with the website; the only issue is that on the product detail page, it is not showing the countdown timer. It is working perfectly on the product listing page.

Please check for the product detail page issue and provide the solution for it. I have checked it with another theme, and it is working fine on the product detail page.

Maybe you have created a custom layout for a single product page. Please disable the custom layout from dashboard > Layouts.

If the issue remains, share the wp logins details of your site i will check and give you a possible solution.

Are you sure it will address the issue since we spent 10 to 15 hours updating the theme and other plug-ins and if the issue persists, we will have wasted our time updating the theme and plug-ins.
