I have enabled yoast breadcrumb in my website and also enabled it from theme settings. After that, I am getting two breadcrumbs on top of my product page.
Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Page title. You will find the options to enable Yoast breadcrumbs, which would replace the theme breadcrumbs with the plugin bread crumbs.
