Yotpo not working on website, nor the feedback tab from theme.

Hello, I faced a problem displaying the product feedback tab .. I also tried Yotpo, that is also not showing the feedbacks. Can you maybe take a look or help me into this matter ?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
