"You do not have access" Error for inactive pages

There is a strange problem on my site

1- If there is a page, it opens normally: (is good)
For example: https://www.balyan.ir/contact

2- If there is no page, it encounters a 404 error: (is good)
For example: https://www.balyan.ir/iulagjksflarhfgsfbj

3- If a page is drafted, access is restricted!!! (This is a big problem)
For example: http://www.balyan.ir/contact-us/

There are pages in my site tabs that I do not want to delete. But they have changed to drafts!
A 404 error should be displayed when the pages open!

What should I do to display 404 error?

Please check the Dashboard > Pages > View all the pages, do you have “Private”? If you do, edit the page and make it Publick.

If you do not private pates, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Tabs are not private. They are just drafts
This problem exists when the «Woodmart Core» plugin is enabled. The problem was resolved when I disabled the «Woodmart Core» Plugin…
But the «Woodmart Core» plugin must be enabled! So what is the solution to this problem?

Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

I have checked a few pages, they are displayed properly. This page is not https://www.balyan.ir/iulagjksflarhfgsfbj please show me this page in amoung the pages.

404 error appears when you try to view the page that does not exist or the page that was removed to the trash. Please check this article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_404
