On that link, You did not click Your “select option” button. I think that is a button that comes from Your variation, not from Yith. Am I right about this? However, when I try to make variable products on furnihere.com, that “select button” shows too. When it is clicked or touched on mobile, both on olhut.com and furnihere.com, it takes You to the single product page. It is not ajax. It does not work the same way You variation or Yith variations work on home page or shop page or product category page.

Second is, if You add more than one product to the wishlist, and then You go to the wishlist page. Once You have chosen the variation of one product, then the product is removed from the wishlist page. And, for the remaining variable products on wishlist page, there is no options to do it the same way. There will be only “select option” button for each variable product. This makes You have to go to each product page just to chose the available options of the products. Is that work correctly?

Please correct me if I am wrong. I just do not want my visitors go to the single product page and make other selections once he is on wishlisht page. The remaining variable products on wishlist page should be able to chose taking the user to the single product page. Visitors should be able to make the selection for the remaining variable products on the wishlist page.

The link we sent you demonstrates how this functionality works with default WordPress theme. And it means that it is not our “variable function”. It is the way YITH plugins work. You can check it by yourself switching to default theme in Appearance -> Themes.

OK, let’s check this issue. As we can see, you have attributes swatches applied for those products and their attributes. To disable them, you need to edit each color in Products -> Attributes -> Color (edit) and edit all terms. There, you need to empty color fields and be sure that “Enable swatches” option is disabled as well.

Hello Artem.. Thank You so much for Your patience.. Really.. I just realized that this is not the part of Your theme. This is just because I do not how to configure the variable. Thank You so much.

Now, I think the last problem is just about the “select button” on the shop page or category page. Your variations “select options” button is AJAX. I love it. But I use many of Yith plugins. How to disable it or to make it disappear on all pages? I have disabled the quick shop option in the theme setting. But the “select options” button is still there. I think Your “select options” button prevents the Yith variation add to cart button to show up after we chose the selection. Because Yith variations should work as on this demo.

Sorry, but we don’t have a code instruction for this plugin.

As for the footer, maybe it was lost when you switched between themes. You just need to add all widgets again to each widget’s area in Appearance -> Widgets.

Thank you very much for your proposition and for struggling to help us and improve our theme. We appreciate that.
But the point is that it is too hard to adapt the theme for all available plugins in WooCommerce. Even if YITH plugins are very popular, there are hundreds of other plugins for WooCommerce. Some of them will work without any adjustments, but others may need additional CSS styles. So imagine how much code we need to adapt the theme for all possible variations. Of course, we are trying to make them always fit. But in this case, it would be better for all of us, if we just help you in your “edge case” only. And not implement such improvement into our theme’s core files since a lot of customers simply don’t need this. And they will have to keep all this code on their website and make them load a bit slower. Hope you understand our opinion.

The search in the header can be disabled or replaced with any widget/shortcode that come from any of the extra plugins installed. If you are using our header builder, you can easily edit it in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Header builder.

I was using header builder, but can not find the way to show Yith search. So I use theme setting and deactivated the header builder, and use the header layout. Because the configuration settings on header tab on theme setting will not affect at all if the header builder is activated. And it is the way it works.

The problem is a question when the site is getting bigger, like marketplace. How big is the site that can be handled by Your search? Can Your search handle a site that has 10 millions of posts/products? If the marketplace that uses Your WoodMart has 1 million member, so the posts/products must be more at least than 10 millions. At that moment, we may need more powerful search. I can ask for help about this later. But I am just curious.

That question comes because I have read that WoodMart is compatible with Dokan and Yith Multi Vendor.

Hi,

Actually, our search element just adds some styles for the default WooCommerce products search widget. The internal mechanisms don’t depend on our theme at all. So there is will no any difference between these two searches when your products number will grow in the future. Their functionality and performance are the same.
