The “YOU MAY ALSO LIKE” section appears when you defined an “Upsells” product in the settings of the product, or rather through Dashboard -> Products -> Linked products.

The thing is that the “Up-Sells” and “Cross-Sells” products are related to WooCommerce functionality, therefore we cannot influent their functionality, unfortunately. I suggest you find some plugin for that or try to contact their support team for further solutions.
