You can try using our Theme’s Related products from Theme Settings >> Single Product >> Related Products.
It pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.

This is the only option available. If you want something else than this then you need to find a plugin for that.

You can enable the Related Posts option from Theme Settings >> Blog >> Single Post.
