    Hi WoodMart Support Team,

    I hope you’re having a great day!

    I am currently setting up my online store using the WoodMart theme. I’ve run into a persistent issue while importing the “Minimalism” demo content. The process consistently stalls at 60% (during the image import stage) and eventually triggers a timeout error.

    I have already optimized my server environment on Hostinger to meet the theme requirements, but the issue persists. Here are my current PHP settings:

    PHP Version: 8.2

    max_execution_time: 480s (Maxed out on my hosting plan)

    memory_limit: 1536M

    max_input_vars: 5000

    Upload Max Filesize: 128M

    Steps I’ve already taken:

    Increased all PHP limits as shown above.

    Deactivated all non-essential plugins (only Woodmart Core, Elementor, and WooCommerce are active).

    Attempted the import multiple times after purging all server-side caches.

    Since the progress is still hanging at the image-heavy stage, could you please check if there are any known issues with the demo resource server? Alternatively, could you provide the XML and WIE files for a manual import?

    I really appreciate your help in getting my storefront up and running!

    As we can see, you have a timeout limit set by Cloudflare to 2.1 min. And our theme requires 300s (5min). Please increase this timeout and try to run the import again.
