The thing is that the “Cart” page shouldn’t be cached at all. Please navigate to the settings of the cache plugin and disable the cache for that page.

The cart page should be excluded from the caching. So when I navigate to WP Engine -> environment name -> Caching -> exclusions, the “exclusions” area is not clickable and I cannot exclude the “Cart” page.

Please contact the plugin developers and ask them how to unlock the “Exclusions” area.
