Yasar ArafathParticipantDear Team,
Before we had this empty cart issue and again we started facing the issue. Sometime it works fine and some time we received complaints from customer that when they try to add products to cart, they receive error like, Your Cart is currently empty.
Eventhough No cache is being used on the cart page, still encounters the issues sometime. Kindly check into it and resolve the issue ASAP.
Regards

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have reviewed your site, and the products are being added to the cart without any issues.See Screeshot for clarrification:https://ibb.co/6DFLXG9
Sometimes, outdated or cached files can cause display issues. Check back on your site after completely clearing the browser cache.

Yasar ArafathParticipantDear Aizaz,
It happens sometime for some users I think. I received a complaint in the morning , attached the video as well. But, I tried, It’s working fine.
I am not sure about the browser cache like Do I need to follow something at my end or what? Because, customers does not know about all the cache and browser stuff and when complaints, we can’t ask them to clear browser cache, or something similar to them all the time.
Please, let me know what could be the better solution to completely sort out this issue? Your assistance on this would be highly appreciated.
Regards
Yasar-

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.
If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
Best Regards

Yasar ArafathParticipantDear Aizaz,
Thanks for the reply. Morning, we had one complaint but until now no complaints and it’s going fine. But, unfortunately, I am worried it might happen any time and not sure what is the issue.
As you said, change the default theme, deactivate 3rd party plugins to find where the issue happens, but I am worried to do all these as the Website is Live and we used to receive orders. If make all the changes, and wait for sometime to understand the issue, it may impact the live site and orders as well.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You can create a dev site, also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
The settings are ok, but I have checked the site so many times on my mobile but did not find any issue with the mini cart. The products are always added to the cart. You can try it again on your mobile.
Best Regards.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
We have checked your site and did not notice the issue displayed in your video. In this case, to investigate the problem further, could you temporarily disable caching plugins and check if the issue persists?
Best Regards.
