Youtube video in products not working.

We’re facing the following issue: when we try to add a video to a product, the link disappears after saving. See video below!
Also, can we add shorts video or just regular video?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Unfortunately, this wouldn’t be possible, as the site processes hundreds of orders per day, so such an approach isn’t feasible.

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
