Youtube videos not loaded when page is cached

Hello,

I have noticed that my youtube videoes is not loaded when page is cached using WP Rocket. Check out this url: https://www.villmarksbua.no/produkt/kniv-og-verktoyslipere/knivslipere/elektriske-knivslipere/ken-onion-knivsliper-elite/ – Then find the video link in the main picture.

I have the same issue in all my 3 websites, any idea what can cause this?

I just did a test on my third site and it seems like problem is related with “WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration”. A plugin i am using on all my sites and when deactivated videos loaded ok.

Yes, there is a conflict with WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration. When i activate that plugin then it get problems with videos in all my 3 sites. If i deactivate that plugin then it works ok in all sites.

We activated this plugin on your website and the video still works correctly.

Yes it works now and then. If you refresh the page and click video button it will work mostly. But if you scroll down a bit and then click video button it will not work. At first i thought it was something with WP Rocket delay js option but it did not help deactivating that option. But if i deactivate WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration there is no problems on any products with videos.

But issue is wierd as it appear differently on desktop / mobile and if you scroll page or not. And also sometimes nothing helps, whatever you do no video is loaded, unless the analytics plugin is deactivated then it works perfect.

Yes, WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration does something wierd but only if page is cached. If no cache then it loads video ok. And issue appear only on youtube videos. Vimeo works ok.

And videos added straight into page using video element works also ok.

Ok, it is google analytics that is adding: &_ga=1.3892897.20937502.9237834 to the video urls and this makes it block loading. So i belive everyone using google analytics gtag has this problem in combination with cache.

Yes, you are right. Maybe you would better contact plugin developers for help on this matter.
