I’ve installed Zakeke Product Customization add-on.
When I click on the “Customize” button, Zakeke product customization form appears at the end of the product page (under the footer). It must temporarily replace the product screen until the user clicks the “Add to cart” button on Zakeke form. (so it works on other themes)
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder
Also, allow us to switch between themes on your website so we can see how it works wit the default WordPress theme.
