ZipPay plugin is breaking Woodmart megamenus

Our website uses full-width HTML blocks for megamenus as per the Woodmart standard.
ZipPay is a “Buy now. Pay later.” payment provider. They have a WooCommerce plugin.
When this plugin is enabled, the mega-menus do not display.

I have fully confirmed it is this plugin causing the issue as it is the only additional one installed beyond the required Woodmart, Elementor, etc.

I am in discussion with the Zip plugin provider about this conflict as I believe it is their issue, but they are trying to determine how their plugin is affecting the megamenu.

1) Can you provide any insight into what javascript or functions are utilised to load and display the mega-menus?

2) On our staging site (link provided with ticket), when the Zip plugin is enabled can you see in any error logs or Network Console what the conflict is that stops the HTML-Block megamenus from displaying? I currently have the Zip plugin disabled so you can see it all functioning properly first but you can Activate it on our staging. In the attached image I’ve highlighted the specific plugin.

Please navigate to Theme Settings -> Custom JS -> “On document ready” area and paste the below code into it.

jQuery(window).trigger('wdEventStarted');

Then activate the plugin and check the issue again.
