Zoom effect and the problem with image variations

Hello,
I would like to remove the zoom effect on the images when I move the mouse over them on the main page.
And I would like to remove the variation images while keeping the main product images but when I do so, no image is displayed anymore.
You can check the loom video I made 🙂
I was able to fix the zoom problem but the for the product variation I still have a problem. When I select one of the color, it hides my main image

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Single Product >> Images and try increasing the Ajax variation Threshold.
