Сайт был на другой теме,после загрузки Woodmart ,не показывает медиафайлы

Пробовал много раз и с контентом и без,и пробовал бесплатные темы,там загружаются медиафайлы

Please, increase the PHP version to 8 or higher.
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/requirements-wordpress-set-up/

Also increase the PHP max input vars parameter on your server to 10000 and test how it works. You can ask your hosting provider for help on this matter.
