You post step of IMPORT DEMO CONTENT after UPLOAD FTP (THEME)
Do you think this is correct?
I think difference, should fix this for other people.
My suggestion is
1. Install THEME (Also upload FTP)
2. Install Plugins
3. Activate Plugins
4. Import DEMO Content
