wpbakery crash my website.

    Hello, yesterday my website was working perfectly, we added a banner from elements with wpbakery..
    all was okey, but today i see my website is offline, since the last change was add this banner, i tried delete wpbakery from ftp, and the page is working again..

    but when i install wpbakery the page go offline again. (504 gateway time out)

    why my page to offline when wpbakery is enabled? also restored database backup but anyways… when wpbakery is active the page dont work.

    Hi,

    500 Internal Error says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question.     is crashing only with wpbakery enabled when i disable the plugin all is working good.

    Anyway, you need to analyze what is the reason for this crash. It may be a memory problem or some PHP error. You need to check this first.

    We don’t see any theme or included plugins errors there. Anyway, ask your hosting provider to analyze this situation.

    i see, the website crash also with redux, seems like if you run redux + bakery same time the page crash…

    but you can individualy.

    Hello, is not the hosting ,moved to dedicated server (Intel Xeon D-1520 – 32GB DDR4 ECC 2133 mhz 2x480gb ssd) and also the cpu load to 60% when enable woodmart + wpbakery + redux..

    i tried to remove “woodmart/woocommerce/content-product-base.php” and now the page is loading good…

    Try to disable swatches on grid attribute in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Attribute swatches and revert the file.

    Hello, is strange because was disabled, but enabled and disabled again and seems working, ill test better the whole day and monitoring cpu usage and lets see!

    any tip for optimize the website? using woodmart my website load is 2.3 sec and im using a powerfull server with good location (30ms ping from me to server)

    Hello,

    In general, our theme is already optimized and don’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

    Hello, seems now my cpu is not overload, so seems the Attribute swatches option was the problem..

    now the only problem i see is i cant open wpbakery in frontend mode and the productd have the brand also in image:

    also, now im using a new server accesing via ip so woodmart is not activated for that ip. maybe is that the problem?

    Hello,sorry i wrote one letter wrong!!

    well, wpbakery dont load and also the admin bar no appear maybe is related :/ but my footer is correct for example, i dont find the problem.

    about the brand logo in product image is an option? or also is a bug?

    about wpbakery, yes is working but on home page dont work, and also i dont have the user bar.

    You can disable attribute label in Product -> Attributes -> edit your brand attribute and disable the label option.

    And please, deactivate all external plugins so we can check your home page WPBakery.

    solved the wpbakery problem was confict with wp super cache, have to disable
    “Makes known users anonymous to be served static supercache files.”
