All processors 100% immediately after activate Woodmart

When I activate Woodmart all 8 processors go to 100% (from 15% arox.) and my website just stops.
The problem is between Woodmart – Visual Composer – Redux. Everything works fine when WM + VC-no Redux and WM + Redux – no Visual Coposer.
I have WD 2.0, Visual Composer 5.4.5 and Redux 3.6.8 I tried anything and still the same problem. Help.

Sure.
1. Activate Woodmart (change from other)
2. Activate all plugins except Visual Composer and Redux
3. CPU approx. 15% or less
4. Activate Redux (np VC)
5. CPU – approx. 17%
6. Activate Visual Composer
7. all CPUs after few second 100% and crash
8. Restart Apache
9. Disable Redux Framework
10. CPU – approx. 17%
11. Disable VC, enable Redux
12. CPU – 17%
13. Enable VS, disable Redux
14. CPU – 17%
15. Enable VS, enable Redux
16. CPU – 100%

but… When I enable Redux and VC on different theme everything is ok with CPU’s

Are we able to test this ourselves on your website?

Yes it’s possible but difficult – it’s live and there are users. So only possible time is during night – our time is UTC +1… which is yours?

But… I have another facts. It’s only Product Page problem. Somehow Woodmart + VC + Redux cause endless loop from VC tags. I think content is loaded afterwards, yes?
The same situation on Page cause no problem. Only content on Product Pages.

Our timezone is UTC +3. We just need your FTP access and the way to check your CPU performance. It will take (we hope) 10-20 minutes to test it.

Ok, I have dev version – copy of natuli.pl – problem is the same but on different pagest (which is strange).

Please, provide us your admin access also. And ask your hosting provider to enable PHP error reporting and display on your website.

Still have the same issue with FTP. Also, please, disable all the external plugins that are not related to our theme so we can check it without them.

Ok, my developer fixed it. Should work properly.

Try to override the file woodmart/woocommerce/content-product-base.php and remove this code snippet

the_excerpt();

It seems to call some infinite loop of products.

We never faced this issue before and other customers don’t have any problems with it. It works fast on our demo website as well. We don’t know why it causes this issue on your website.
