Share Social links are HTTP not HTTPS

    It appears the blog social icons to Share my blog are HTTP to twitter and places like that. How/where do I change this to be HTTPS?

    I do not see any place to set that in the Social part of the Customizer.

    Hello,

    Do you use our Social profiles provided by the theme or by a third party plugin?

    If you use our theme Social profiles, please provide your site admin access and page URL which we can to check.

    Hello,

    Yes, this time I have managed to log in.

    1. You need to update your theme. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    2. Before you are updating make the full backup of your site and create your header in the Header Builder as the recent version does not have Header tab in the Theme Settings https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/

    And now as for the Social profiles, I am checking product page and try to share the product page in the twitter https://gyazo.com/2cac220ab0f27ae84d32dc3b511a7e99 As you see it shares with HTTPS Please provide the page URL and which network shares the HTTP

    Per screaming frog the Link to Twitter and Pinterest are HTTP. The link being shared is HTTPS just fine.

    https://vitalplanet.com/obese-cats-and-dogs-on-the-rise/

    Go to the bottom and hover over the twitter and pinterest icons. Those links just show as “twitter.com” vs the Facebook link when you hover shows “https://www.facebook.com”

    The twitter and pinterest should start with “https://” and they do not.

    Do you know if that will fix it? When you use social sharing and you hover over the icons does the address show https?

    Hello,

    This is not a bug. The sharing function is working properly, however, we shall change that in our nearest update and make all URLs in one HTPPS format.
