Product Display – only a category does not work

    Hello,

    First thanks for the awesome theme! So many great features.

    I have a problem with displaying my products in a way I want. I in WP Bakery I add the element Products (Grid or Carousel) and in the settings, I specify Categories or tags: Roasted Coffee. It ignores this rule. How can I fix this? Thanks

    Hello,

    Please update your theme https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    Then deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue.

    Hi Elise,

    I’ve updated the theme, related and unrelated plugins.

    Disabled all the plugins and the issue persisted with all the plugins disabled.

    I also changed the php version from 7.0.33 to 7.2.16 then to 7.3.3 the issue still persists.

    Please let e know how to fix this.

    Please confirm the permit to disable all the plugins not related to the theme or move your site copy to a staging host so that we could test and check.

    Hi Elise,

    Yes, you can disable the plugins. Now it is a good time as it is middle of the night in Slovakia, where this site is alive.

    Do NOT make a staging copy, please. We would violate the EU law about privacy.

    Hello,

    I have checked the site with plugins off and plugins on. I do not see any problems. I have created a testing page and created two elements of Product Grid. The first one shows 2 items from Čokoláda the second from Profesionálne Espresso, as you can see the products are displayed correctly.

    Make sure you are inserting the correct spelling and language of categories, for example, you are inserting Čokoláda and not chocolate
