To save you time I went ahead and found the plugin causing the issue. “Fast Velocity Minify WordPress Plugin” When I turn off “JavaScript Options – Minify” It now works on android but not the iphone. For cross browser compatibility whats versions does this theme work for on Safari browser for iphone? I tested it on Safari 9 but it doesn’t work, so my question is does it work for 10, 11, 12 etc?
