You can do it by means of Product Grid element https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/product-grid-carousel-element/
Enter the HTML block which relates to the menu item (Appearance > Menu > your menu > enter menu) check which one to edit and insert the Product Grid element and configure.

The instructions are unclear, i know how to make a mega menu, but idont know waht element to choose in WP bakery builder, because there is not recent post option. There is only Blog .

1. Add the recent post widget to a sidebar in Appearance > Widgets
2. Add a Widgetized sidebar element into your HTML block and choose the sidebar from the drop-down list.
