Woodmart shows Image and text among each other on Safari

    Hi there

    Can you please help me to fix the issue that the iamge and text it shows among each other instead of side by side. On every other browser it works fine.

    Your home page contains elements which are not provided by our theme. Please provide the page URL with the problem on Safari, which contains our theme elements

    On all product pages the content shows among each other. But only in the safari browser, on every other browser it works fine.

    Hello,

    The reason is code CSS which does not relate to our theme http://prntscr.com/nkq2rv

    You need to remove this code from the Theme Settings > Custom CSS or deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check again.

    Can not find the CSS code. Attached you will find the Custom CSS from Woodmart.

    Can you please tell me which code it is?

    Hello,

    Please find this code in the Theme Settings > Custom CSS or deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check.

    Perhaps some of your plugins influence.

    I deleted the whole Code in Custom CSS.: no wokring.
    Also deactivate plugins: not working.

    What else Can I try?

    Hello,

    We see that you didn’t remove the custom CSS code. Please, disable all caching and optimizations plugins that will not break your website. Also, there is a new version of the WoodMart available so you need to update it.

    Hi Artem,

    The CSS code is removed now. I disabled the Plugins: WP Rocket and Compress JPEG & PNG images.

    Woodmart is updated to 3.7.

    I noticed that the cookies pop-up is not showing. Can you please also have a look there?

    I tested on my macbook on safari and still the issue on safari. Please see the screenshot.

    can you test it on a mac?

    the plugin that made this bug is “VC Image Hover Effect oCoder Free”.
    Now it works fine.
