Hello,
You can switch the theme in the Catalog mode: Theme Settings > Shop > Catalog mode.
Then you create an inquiry form, add it to a created HTML block and add into the area after or before Add to cart https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#before_after
