We need help on translating shop header banner: theme settings > sop > header banner
we’ve build it with html_blocks and we don’t found the block in WPML and can’t find it on Loco translate aswell,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and disable the blocking soft so that other team members could see, I cannot provide all IPs
