    Dear Sir,
    full Demo content is not showing after importing can you suggest what is the problem

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Installing demo content doesn’t create a site that is an identical copy of our demo site because it has a big number of pages and images that takes to much time to complete.
    Most images you see on our site are not included in our theme package and will not be imported.

    Hi. Noromit,

    Thanks for your reply. This is the second time i bought this theme, and at first time i have imported whole site as shown on your theme. please help to import the whole site again so that i can make changes as and where required.

    Hello,

    Seems that your import has removed the pages. You need to reinstall the theme from scratch and import demo content again. The best way to do is to reinstall WordPress.
    Actually, you have the base version, you can upload any additional demo https://gyazo.com/d9f527b8ad9583b6550886499b04f483 Besides you can create the page and add any ready template to edit. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/templates-library/

    If you want the full-demo content reinstall all and upload it do not import from other sites. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/

    i have re-install the theme but there is no option to import whole data as shown on demo website.

    I have to re-install wordpress? I cannot re-install wordpress at this time please suggest any other way to upload the same

    Hello,

    To some reason, the images have not uploaded correctly or you have removed the theme from Media library. Upload images to the media library and then upload the theme to the products and on the pages.

    I have not removed anything else from media or from pages.

    what is this that i cannot import a demo from your end? I have sent you login credential as per the requirement but nothing has been done so far

    Please look into the matter as I have already re-installed wordpress as you mentioned but didn’t work

    Please remove all and reinstall WordPress and provide site admin access as well as FTP. We shall upload demo content and check the problem if any.
